New DC filters offer performance and reliability benefits for PV applications
The filters are designed to reduce emissions towards the solar panel and help prevent premature panel aging because of the leakage currents.
Installed between the solar panel and the DC/AC inverter, the new Premo DC filter series is optimized for photovoltaic systems applications and are developed to improve solar panel performance and reliability.
Photovoltaics installations are the main application for the DC Filters but they are also suitable for fuel cell applications..
The Premo DC filters has been designed and built according to UL1283 and EN60939 normative.
Availability
The Premo DC filter series is available with ratings from 55 to 1500 A and rated voltages up to 1200 VDC. Custom designs are available upon request.
